A quick post before I talk properly about this tomorrow, but I wanted to express my sorrow and dispair at yet another Police officer being killed in the line of duty.
PC Jonathan Henry died from injuries received whilst protecting members of the public from a knifeman in Luton, Bedfordshire.
My thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. I'm proud to wear the same uniform as him.

All sympathies to the family, friends and colleagues of Jonathan Henry.
Maybe I find his death even more sad because his daughter is a few months older than my son- i can't think of anything sadder than that little girl not remembering her Daddy or him being there on her first birthday. All because of one persons actions. Senseless.
I hope the powers that be in Beds share your pride in wearing the same uniform as him, and show due respect.
